Legalisation of signatures and/or seals on Australian public documents.
For education documents: If you hold an original Australian public university document/degree, it must be verified and signed as a 'true and accurate record' by the central student administration office of the issuing institution, unless that institution has a public online verification register. This process must be undertaken by the institution in Australia and is the applicant’s responsibility to do it before applying for an apostille at the Australian Embassy in Bogota.
Please visit this link to obtain information of the Australian Universities contacts for verifying content as a 'true and accurate record'.
If you hold documents or qualifications from any other institutions or colleges, please visit the following link to find out what you need to do to have a document verified and signed:

The Certificate of Non-Impediment (CNI) to Marriage is a document stating that, provided you have told the truth at the time of the application and provided that you are not married to anyone else at the time of the marriage, there are no legal impediments prohibiting an Australian national marrying in the country where you are marrying.
The certificate does not state whether either applicant is single.
Please verify with the notary or local authority if the certificate will be accepted like that.
We conduct no verifying checks in relation to issuing the certificate and this is clearly stated on the certificate as well.
Certificate will be issued in English.
